By creating an outline for the conversation, Chen Yu engaged in a dialog with ChatGPT on various issues of the media and communication industry. Result/conclusion AI technology, represented by ChatGPT, has a huge impact on the media and communication industry. In the AI era, the media and communication industry should enthusiastically embrace AI technology and use it responsibly to provide a better experience for audiences.
